HISTORY

The Old Town 500 Club has been owned and operated by the Sarantos Family since 1953. It started as a small bar with a Poker table.

Over the years it has grown into the business you see today.

Our restaurant has become a favorite place for locals for great food and a comfortable atmosphere. We hope you enjoy being here as much as we enjoy having you in.

For the last 25 years, award-winning Head Chef Juan Rendon has been the outgoing and friendly face behind the delicious food at the Old Town 500 Club Bar & Grill. With over 35 years of experience starting while he was still in high school, Chef Juan loves what he does and considers it part of his job to make everyone who walks in the door feel special.

On any given day, Chef Juan can be found creating dishes ranging from the popular shish kabob and prime rib to seafood and pasta dishes, meatloaf and so much more. He believes the most flavorful cuisine is made simply with the best, highest quality products and with every meal he cooks. He hopes to create memorable dining experiences through his food that will keep you coming back for more.

When he’s not cooking or developing new recipes, Chef Juan enjoys being a dad to his four children and spending his time on the golf course or fishing.
